Signing contracts

Change or cancellation of service provision

Nubo reserves the right to alter, suspend or cancel the provision of services and supply of products, in particular with regard to:

  1. Payment constraints in accordance with the contract/budget submitted;
  2. The client creates unjustified obstacles to the performance of the contract;
  3. For reasons of force majeure, it is impossible for Nubo to carry out the service in accordance with the contract, in which case any amounts paid must be refunded to the customer, except for any installations already carried out and from which the customer may benefit.
Intellectual Property
  1. The copyright of the information, articles, images, videos and similar on the website www.nubo.pt is the exclusive property of Quadrados Avançados, Lda – NIPC 513882731.
  2. The website www.nubo.pt may use information, articles, images, videos and the like from third parties, duly authorized, with the Customer acknowledging that they are legally protected under copyright and related rights.
  3. The Customer acknowledges that any content, other than that referred to in points 1 and 2, that appears in the advertising, highlighting, promotion or mention of any sponsor or advertiser is protected by the laws relating to copyright and related rights, the laws relating to industrial property and other property protection laws, and that any use of such content may only take place under the express authorization of the respective owners.
  4. The Client undertakes to fully respect the rights referred to in the preceding paragraphs, refraining from any acts that may violate the law or said rights, such as the reproduction, commercialization, transmission or making available to the public of said content or any other unauthorized acts that have the same content as their object.

  4. Nubo seeks to guarantee the security of Customer/User data when sharing it with its partners, providing the data strictly necessary for the provision of the service in question.
  5. Employees, service providers and partners of Nubo are also bound by personal data protection rules.
Personal Data security
  1. It is the aim of Nubo to guarantee the quality and integrity of the information provided by Customers/Users, and to this end it has implemented the necessary measures to keep the personal data collected secure.
